If I am accepted by the Club I acknowledge that I will qualify for and hereby apply to become a member of the Club's parent company East Wavertree & Childwall Community Association and the EWCCA Social Club, subject to the provisions of its articles of association and to any rules made thereunder. I agree to pay the company the amount of up to but not more than £1.00 if the company is wound up while I am a member or within 12 months after I have ceased to be a member.

If, for any reason, I require a refund, then I should submit application to the Tennis Committee, with supporting documentation for the Committee to consider. Any refund is solely at the discretion of the Tennis Committee.

Gift Aid Declaration

EWLTC are part of East Wavertree & Childwall Community Association (Registered Charity 505664), as such we are able to claim gift aid on donations we receive. Each class of membership is a combination of a subscription and a suggested donation. By structuring our memberships in this way, without it costing you a penny more, if you are a UK taxpayer, saying “yes” to Gift Aid means we receive up to 25p for each £1 of your donation from HM Revenue and Customs.

By registering for Gift Aid I confirm that
